- To make a change to your account, you will receive an email notification to your current email address requesting confirmation. Once the change is confirmed and finalized another email will be sent to your new email address.
How to Edit Profile on Fiverr
You can edit your profile by tapping on the Profile icon located at the top right corner of the My Account screen. Edit your details such as Name, Email Address, or Phone Number. Once you have completed editing, tap on the Save Changes button located at the bottom of the page to save it. Please note that some details will not be editable once a job is started with a Freelancer due to privacy reasons. For example, you may not change a video link that was uploaded by Freelancers in their own public shop after starting transactions with them.
How do I announce my availability on Fiverr App?
To make yourself available for work and allow Clients to contact you directly from Fiverr App, you can set your profile availability status by tapping on the Availability button located at the top right corner of the My Account screen. By default, your availability status is “Busy”. Tap on the drop-down menu and select one of the following: Busy- New Orders Only, Available Now, or Unavailable On Request. Once you have selected your available/unavailable hours, tap on the Save Changes button located at the bottom.

How do I upload a project?
To take advantage of selling benefits within Fiverr App such as Offline Ordering and Quick Payment, you need to upload projects first in order to allow Clients to purchase them using our In-App Purchase feature. You can then choose whether you want to be paid through PayPal or Fiverr Payments. You can also select the commission option you want to offer your freelancers upon completing a job successfully. To upload projects:
Tap on the My Shop icon, located at the bottom of the screen Tap on the Upload Project button to take you to the My Works page Scroll down and tap on Add A New Job. Choose a category for your project, enter its title, add more details as required such as description and tags then tap on Save Changes when done Tap on the Edit button located at the top right corner of your new project page if you wish to make any changes regarding this project Once all changes are made, tap on Submit button located at the bottom of your edit page Under In-App Purchase section please choose one of following options: One Time Payment – when you tap on this option, Clients will be able to pay for your project and download it from Fiverr App as soon as they make the payment. Split into 3 Payments – This allows you to set a purchase price of your job and then list multiple milestones in your description, which makes payments split up over time into 3 transactions. For example, a $20 payment will be made automatically every 2 weeks; or Monthly Subscription – lets Clients access all of your projects without any limitations based on In-App Purchase feature rules (i.e removing the “All jobs per page” limit) as long as they remain active members based on Fiverr’s subscription cancellation and refund policies You also have an option to offer your freelancer a monetary bonus as an incentive to finish the job faster and better. To do that, choose the Commission Share option and, enter the percentage you want to pay out to each of your freelancers. Once you are done, click on Publish button located at the bottom of your project page
How do I create my first gig?
You can create your first project directly from My Shop in Fiverr App. Tap on the My Shop icon, located at the bottom of the screen Tap on Add A New Job Manage Categories & Job Title: Manage Categories – provides options that will help you categorize your projects easily; add multiple tags for easy searching or include brief details about them such as location or service type, by tapping on labeled PLUS sign. Job Title – enter the title of your job and tap on the Save Changes button located at the bottom After you’ve saved all changes, in the Projects box, choose your Gig Type by tapping on the SOLO or TEAM button:
TEAM – allows you to work with a team member or more as needed until the project is completed. In the Team section, add members by selecting from the My Account drop-down menu or Add New To add more details about this job for easier search later simply tap on the Edit button located at the top right corner of the Manage Categories screen Once all changes are made, tap on Submit button located

To edit your description, click on the drop-down menu at the top right of the page. Once it appears, select your username (the first option), which will take you to your profile page.
If you no longer want a gig, you can delete it. Without losing your username, you also have the option of changing everything from description to pictures without logging in
