1. To retrieve the deleted email,
2. Select the “Deleted Items” folder in Outlook.
3. Click on the ‘Recover Deleted Items From Server’ button.
4. A box will appear with your deleted items from Office 365 or Exchange 2013: it’s an inventory of what was there before you deleted it. You can click to recover individual emails, a group of emails, or all of them at once.

Short answer: You probably can’t.

The medium length answer: If you are a Gmail user, your messages are stored in the “All Mail” folder and that is where they will always remain and be visible to you unless manually deleted (a trick Google uses so as not to have their users delete things by accident).
