How to Delete your Uber Account Permanently
If you have an outstanding payment with Uber, you won’t be able to remove your account. After account cancellation, Uber may keep certain data as required or authorized by law. If you decide against deactivation within 30 days after signing in at uber.com to restore your account, it will be permanently deleted.
Your account will be disabled and permanently deleted after 30 days if you do not reactivate it. Any unused credits, incentives, or rewards are also removed. Uber may keep any data it maintains as needed or permitted by law following closure of an account.
