How to Recover Gmail Account Password Without Phone Number
To restore an existing Gmail account, go to the Gmail account recovery website and type your email address. Then, provide the previous password used for this particular Gmail account.
If you can’t remember your Google email address and can’t access your account, go to the Find My Email page and follow the instructions. You’ll need to be able to provide the complete name linked with your account as well as a phone number or recovery email address.

Go to Google Account Recovery and create a new Gmail account. Enter your email address. Select “Try another way to sign in.” Select “Try again” from the drop-down menu. Click on “Try another way” one more time. Wait for 48 hours before trying again. Check your inbox for the recovery link after waiting 48 hours.
Go to the Gmail sign-in page and select “Forgot Password?” Fill in your old email address. If you can’t recall one, try selecting “Try a different question.” The secondary email address you used to set up your Gmail account in order to receive a password reset message should be entered here.
Many email services provide a means for you to regain access to your account. Many email providers offer a method for you to provide a recovery link to an authorized email address or phone number. You may use this link to create a new password and log back into your account after clicking it.
Step 1 – Gmail’s Trash/Bin folder. Go to your Gmail inbox and scroll all the way to the bottom of the left-hand column (Inbox, Starred, Spam, etc).
To deactivate 2-step verification, go to Google Account Settings > Security > 2-Step Verification and select the Turn off option. Enter your Google account password and press Enter to confirm your identity. That’s all there is to it; you may now log in using any device without having to provide a verification code.
If you want to reactivate your Gmail account, it will depend on when you last used it. If you have not used your account in the past year, the account will be disabled and you will need to contact Google’s support team.
This is a difficult question to answer without more information. It’s possible but it will require some work. You’ll need to find the email provider you used at that time and contact them for help.
If you have the email address of the sender, you can use a service like Google’s Gmail Search to search for it.
Otherwise, you will need to contact the sender and ask them for a copy of the email.
