To remove a line from your boost plan, open the app and go to the “My Boosts” tab. Tap the three lines in the top left corner of the boost you want to remove, and then tap “Delete.
To remove a phone from your family plan, you’ll need to call your carrier and ask to have the line disconnected. Be prepared to provide the account number and password for the account, as well as the name and contact information for the person who is disconnecting the line.
To cancel a line on Boost Mobile, you’ll need to contact customer service. You can do this by phone or online.
