If you’re on a Mac, you can just hold down the power button until it turns off. Once it shuts down, turn it back on and it will be logged in as Guest. If you want to log in with your own account, go to System Preferences > Users and Groups and click on the lock icon in the bottom left corner to unlock the preferences panel. Then select your username from the list of users on the left side of the window.

To remove a user from a Mac, you can use the “System Preferences” application. Go to “Users and Groups” and select the user that you want to delete. Select “Delete User” and confirm your choice. Once this is done, you will no longer have access to the account’s files or settings.
