You can delete a primary account in Outlook 2016 by pressing the “File” button, then selecting “Account Settings.” You’ll see your email accounts listed on the left-hand side of the window. Select the one you want to delete and press the “Delete” button at the top of the window.
If you want to delete the primary account in Outlook without deleting any other accounts, there are two ways to do this.
