How to Delete an Email Account from the iPhone/iPad?
If you delete an email account on your iPad, all email messages stored in that account will be deleted.
To remove an account from your iPad, go to Settings > General > Profiles. Select the account you wish to remove and tap on the “Remove Account” button.

This is a difficult question to answer as there are so many variables. For example, if you have iCloud enabled on your devices, it will sync the data and delete the email from both devices. If you don’t have iCloud enabled, then deleting an email from one device won’t delete it from the other.
