- Go to the Account tab.
- Select “Payment Cards” To add a card.
- Click “Add a Card” in the upper right-hand corner of the app and provide the required information.
- To remove a card, swipe left on the card and click “Delete”
Delete Credit Card from DoorDash
DOOR DASH: PLEASE DELETE
From the home page, go to your Account Settings. On the top right of your profile box, click Manage Account. Select Delete Account and follow the on-screen directions.
It is vital to contact DoorDash Customer Support and request account deactivation, since we will need to reactivate your account as quickly as possible if you change your mind and desire to Dash again.
Please type your email address or phone number that is connected to your Dasher account. Your request to delete your Driver account will be dealt with by Door Dash. The deactivation procedure takes between 3 and 14 days, depending on the situation.
You are in charge of tracking your Completion Rate. However, as a courtesy, we may notify you if your Completion Rate approaches the danger zone. Your account might be disabled if your Completion Rate falls below the threshold.
If you are deleted by DoorDash, the restaurant will be able to contact you via an app alert and email. You may be deactivated while on the move, so make sure your phone is accessible. Unless you appeal a successful deactivation through DoorDash, your account will be canceled permanently. The procedure is sometimes abrupt and without notice.
At the top right corner of your profile, click ‘Manage Account.’ To cancel your Doordash membership, go to the drop-down menu and choose “Delete Account.” If you want to permanently delete your Doordash account, click “Delete Account” instead.
