- Select the account you want to remove.
- Then select Manage.
- Select Delete account from this device.

Tap Accounts in the settings menu on your phone. If you don’t see ‘Accounts,’ go to Users and accounts instead. Cancel the account.
When you delete an account from Microsoft Outlook or Windows Mail, you won’t have access to it in that program, and the locally stored data will be erased. However, the account will not be deleted or any messages within it.
With a little fine-tune, you can remove your Hotmail account without a password. The choice to reset your password is offered. However, in order for this to happen, you must have access to the email address used to create your Hotmail account.
If a live subscription is still in effect, you will be prevented from closing your account permanently. Hotmail, Windows Live, and Outlook.com accounts are not considered “Microsoft Accounts.” Closing the Hotmail account alone does not lead to the closure of the entire Windows Live, or Microsoft Account.
Open Link to Windows on your Android device by going into the Quick Access menu and tapping and holding on the Link to Windows icon. Switch over to Microsoft account at the bottom of Your Phone Companion. Select Remove account from Your Phone Companion after selecting it.
To delete a Microsoft Outlook account, open the program and go to Account Settings. Your account information is stored in your Hotmail or Outlook profile (exchange). To remove an Exchange staff email address from your list of accounts, go to the Accounts tab in Settings, select it, then choose Delete Account. Select Delete Account at the bottom of this screen; confirm the request when prompted.
