If you’re an end user, don’t open attachments from unknown sources or email addresses, and be wary about opening documents emailed by colleagues that include a link for a file extension type you frequently use. You will also want to disable scripts from running in emails from people outside of your organization as they could contain malware attachments.
On your Google Account, select the Personal Information option from the drop-down menu. On the bottom of the personal information page, look for a button that says Go to about me. Finally, tap it to eliminate your profile picture. Then, when the profile image is available for editing, pick NONE as a photo.
