- Go to Settings > General > Profile,
- tap on the app’s configuration profile.
- Then tap Delete Profile.
- If asked, enter your iphone passcode, then tap Delete. had same issue and deleted my email account.

To change the location of your account, go to Settings. Mail. . If an app isn’t available on your Home screen, swipe left to access the App Library. Select Accounts from the drop-down menu below. To delete an account, go to Settings then tap Delete Account (at the bottom; may require scrolling). Confirm by tapping Delete Account from My iPhone.
In the Settings app, you may also set Encryption on Mail Privacy Protection to On and Off. Go to Settings > Mail > Privacy Protection to access this option. There’s a ‘Protect Mail Activity’ option that can be switched on (green) or off (grey).
If you have an iPhone with a corporate email account, it is highly likely that there is a profile on the device. Select Settings > General > Profile and then Remove Profile.
