- Sign in to your account.
- Check that a valid default payment method is associated with your account.
- Open a support case. In the Create case section, select Account and billing support, and fill out all the required details.
- If your need is urgent, choose the Phone contact method.

How to close an AWS account
To verify whether a user is suspended, go to your Google Admin console. Select Users from the Admin console homepage. Check User status and then Apply on the Add a Filter screen. Check the Suspended option and then Apply. Hover over the disabled user in the list and click More to view additional options. To double-check, click Reactivate
If the suspended account is associated with an organization, contact the manager account’s owner. If your account is shut down because of outstanding payments, you may reinstate it by paying all past due amounts in the Billing and Cost Management window.
Select a Support Center and then sign in to the AWS Management Console. Select Support from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner, and then select Support Center. Choose Reopen case from the drop-down menu.
The Amazon VPC console (https://console.aws.amazon.com/vpc/) or the command line can show you your original VPC and subnets. Open the Amazon VPC console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/vpc/. Choose Your VPCs in the navigation pane to view your default VPC and subsets.
Starting on the first of the month, AWS will try to charge your credit card for two weeks before giving up. If these charges are unsuccessful (insufficient available balance or invalid credit card), your account will be disabled.
