- Open the Settings app
- Clear User Data.
- When prompted, press the screen for 3 seconds and release.
- When your tracker vibrates and the clock screen appears, your data is erased.

Fitbit Charge 2 Full Factory Reset & Account Removal
Log in to the Fitbit app.Sync your device (This is very important. If you do not sync your device to the app before deleting it, that data is gone forever) Delete the device.
On your smartwatch’s home screen, scroll left until you find the settings icon (gear). Tap it. Scroll down to find About and then tap Factory Reset.
To reset your phone back to factory settings, go to Settings (gear icon) and choose About. Choose Factory Reset then Confirm with.

Hold down the tracker button for 10-12 seconds.Remove your tracker from the charging cable and press its button until “BEGIN!” appears on screen.

After performing a factory reset, any data saved in the device will be erased, including any unsynced data and alarms, as well as goals and notifications. After a reset, your tracker must be set up again. Attach the charging cable to your tracker and connect it to a USB port on your computer.
