You may have noticed that your Square app is not working as it should. The best way to fix this issue is by resetting the app on your device. This will clear all data and settings so you can start fresh with a clean slate!
The first step in resetting the Square app is to go to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset All Settings. From your Square Dashboard, go to Account & Settings. Select Deactivate Account from the Personal Information tab. Choose your motivation for deactivation and then Continue. Enter the verification code. Confirm deactivation by selecting Deactivate.
