- Open System Preferences.
- Click on Internet accounts.
- You see list of accounts thought which you can login and the mail box you’ve already logged in to the left.
- Uncheck the box and click on sign at the bottom left.

It is not possible to sign out of Mail on Mac. You can delete the account, but it will be recreated when you next log in.
You can turn off Mail on your Macbook by opening the application and clicking on “Mail” in the top left corner of the screen. Next, click on the “Mailbox” tab and select “Quit.” You may also want to go through your settings to make sure that you are not keeping Mail open in any other way.
To switch between email accounts on a Mac, you can go to the Mail app and click on Accounts. From there, you can click on the account name and then select the desired account.
Since Apple Mail is a native application, you can’t use a third-party email client. You can only use one email account with the mail app. You can set up different aliases to send emails from that account, but you’ll still be limited to one inbox.
To sign out of mail, go to the upper right-hand corner of your screen and click on “Mail.” In the dropdown menu, click on “Sign Out.
If you are using a Windows PC, you can logout of your email by clicking the following icon in the taskbar.
If you are using a Mac, click on the Apple icon in the upper left corner of your screen and select “Mail” from the drop-down menu. You will then be able to click on “Preferences” and select “Log Out”.
