How do I set up Answer Calls with a Greeting?

In order to set up Answer Calls with a greeting, you first need to select the radio button for your preferred method of answering calls. You may use a voicemail box which is integrated as part of your RingCentral Office account or you may choose to specify an external email address (a.k.a., “Gmail Voicemail”) where voicemails will be delivered via an email link that can then be used by any application which supports HTML-formatted messages, including Google Voice and iPhone Mail. Your extension number is not changeable and will remain constant throughout your use of RingCentral Office.
