How do you delete a Badoo account?

Answer

  1. Open Badoo APP.
  2. Open profile.
  3. Tap on settings.
  4. Open Account.
  5. Click delete account.
  6. Click delete your account.
  7. Click continue.
  8. Click no delete my account.

If you`re really determined to get rid of your Badoo profile, you have a few options…

Delete Your Account in the Apps Settings on iOS or Android devices: To delete your account via the Badoo app, open up the “Settings” section of the app and then tap on “Delete Account.” You’ll be asked for your password (the one you created when you first signed up). This will remove all your information from the Badoo system. If you’re happy with that, enter it and hit “OK.” That’s it! The process could take anywhere between 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on how active your account is. So just don’t close out of the app till everything has finished processing. And remember, if you log back in with your email/phone number or Facebook account later, the Badoo app will automatically save everything and re-activate your profile.

Delete Your Account Online: If deleting via the app isn’t working for you for some reason, remove it online by logging in to your Badoo account and going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete Badoo and then follow the instructions. Just don’t forget that this is irreversible. Once you delete your account, there’s no way to get back on (unless you use a friend’s login details).

Get Someone Else To Remove Your Profile: If all else fails…ask someone who has an existing badoovideo account name of yours to remove it for you by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete Badoo. They can then enter your email address and select “Delete” on the confirmation screen.

Alternative: Remove Your Credit Card Linked To Profile

If you don’t want to delete your account, but would rather just hide it from others for a while (say till you lose weight), remove your credit card details by going to Settings > Payments & Transactions. From there, click on “cancel subscription” and confirm that’s what you want done.

How Do We Use The Information?

A key part of building trusted relationships is sharing relevant information, including with other trusted parties for the purposes of fraud prevention and credit risk reduction. We may share your information in the following cases:

A. To Provide You With The Services:

We use the information that you provide directly to us when using our services to deliver requested content and advertisements, such as match suggestions based on your stated preferences; user searches, messages etc. In order for these functions to work properly, we may need to send some of this information to third parties (including but not limited to independent analytics providers who help us track how users interact with Badoo) so they can operate certain aspects of our service (e.g., sending messages). Please be aware that we do not control how third parties or their software may use the information we share with them, and you are giving us permission to share personal information about you – including your profile data, pictures etc. – with these third parties in order to provide the above-described services.

D. Sharing With Trusted Partners:

We use trusted third parties including Facebook and Google to show you Badoo advertisements that are tailored to your interests beyond Badoo (e.g., on the basis of demographics). These partners use cookies and similar technologies to make sure that the ads you see on the third party websites and applications are relevant to you (based on what pages have been viewed in your browser – for example: if a user visits YouTube but does not watch any videos there then this might mean that advertising space is better suited to show an advertisement about a video which might be relevant to you). Google, and some of the companies we work with, are members of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) and/or the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA).
