- Open the Facebook app.
- Tap the three lines towards the right of the top navigation bar. scroll down and tap Settings & Privacy.
- Tap Settings from the expanded menu.
- Scroll down and tap Account Ownership and Control.
- Tap Deactivation and Deletion.

How to Delete Facebook Account Permanently (Working)
Go to Settings by clicking the drop-down menu in the top right corner. Select “Your Facebook Information” from the drop-down menu. Then choose “Deactivation or deletion.” Choose “Permanently remove your account” and then hit Continue.
Go to Facebook’s settings and then choose your profile. Click Deactivation and deletion after that. After that, select Permanently delete Account, then continue to account deletion.

If your iPhone has a corporate email account profile, it most likely does. To remove the profile, go to Settings General Profile and select Remove Profile. Have you tried looking in Settings General Storage & iCloud Usage Storage Manage Storage for Facebook and checking there? If you can discover it, it’s possible that you can remove it from there.
