- Select Parental Controls/Family Management.

Select ‘User Management’ from the drop-down menu. This is where you may create or remove users. Select ‘Delete User’ from here to get started. You’ll be presented with a list of Users now. Choose the user you want to delete and then confirm your choice by clicking Yes.
Settings is the best starting point. Select it from the drop-down menu. Then select User Management, which will allow you to manage user accounts. Delete User is the option beneath User Management; this gives you a list of users to pick from. After that, choose Delete and Confirm or Cancel if you don’t want to delete anything.
If you cancel a PlayStation Plus membership, you will no longer have access to any of its benefits. You won’t be able to use your PSN wallet. According to the Terms of Service, money in your wallet cannot be refunded.
On your console, go to Settings > Login Settings > User Management > Delete User. Select the primary PS4 account you’d like to delete. The PS4 will request that you power on your system. Allow the reset procedure to finish.
Scroll all the way down to the user you want to delete. To remove them, click “X,” then confirm your decision. Then, simply carry out the PS4’s instructions from there. The PS4 will need to be restarted if you are attempting to delete your primary account.
