- Tap your account name at the top.
- Scroll down, tap on each of the listed devices and choose Remove from Account.
- If you’ve got it set up, tap Family Sharing (just above the listed devices)
- Tap each member of your family and then tap Remove [Name].

Go to this Apple iForgot website at https://iforgot.apple.com/appleid, where you can reset your password using any of your previous email addresses or names.
When you delete your account, all of the data that is synchronized with iCloud will be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but it will be re-synced when you log in again. iTunes and iCloud are two different services. You’ll have to log out of your iTunes account separately.
