To delete a file or photo in All, find the corresponding email in your mailbox and delete it. To delete a file or photo in Sent files, go to your Sent Items folder, find the corresponding email, and then delete it.

Delete a file or photo on All by finding the corresponding email in your mailbox and clicking delete.
On your computer, go to photos.google.com. At the top left, click Select At the top right, click Delete. Click on “Delete from My Account” and then move it to Trash.
To delete a photo, go to the Profile photos album. It will show thumbnails of the profile photos. Click on the photo, a bigger version will be shown.
