Press the Xbox button again and select System > Settings > Account > Family settings > Manage family members > Add to family > Add new. Have the person you want to add sign in with their Microsoft account email address and password, and when you’re prompted, select Add to family.

To add users, hit the Guide button (the glowing Xbox logo) on your controller. A menu will appear on the left side of the screen as a result of this. Now go all the way to the right, to Profile and System. Choose either Add or Switch from here.
