- Next, tap on the three lines in the top right corner of the screen.
- From there, select “Settings.” Once you’re in Settings, scroll down until you see “Clear Search History.”

I don’t think there is a way to reset the explore page, but you can always just scroll to the bottom of your explore page and click on the next button.
To reset the search recommendations on Instagram, go to your profile and tap the three lines in the upper right-hand corner. From there, scroll down and tap “Search Settings.” In the following screen, you can change your preferences for who is shown in your search results.
If you want to reset your explore feed, just go to the explore page and tap on the three dots in the top-right corner. Then, select “reset explore.
