To delete a brush set, open the Brush Library, select the brush set you want to delete, and press the Delete key.
To delete a brush folder, first open the Brush Settings window by selecting Window > Brush Settings from the menu bar. Next, select the folder containing the brush files you want to delete and click the Delete button.
To reset your Procreate brush library, open the Brush Library window (Window > Brush Library), select all the brushes in the library, and press Delete.

Second, if the brushes are in a format that Procreate can read but doesn’t have any brush settings saved for them, then they’ll just show up as blank canvases.
