There are a few options for dealing with incomplete survey responses. The most common option is to continue surveying the same population and excluding any respondents who do not respond to the survey. This can be done by randomly selecting respondents from the population that has responded to the survey, or by using a weighting method to adjust for the number of responses received from different groups in the population.
Unfortunately, deleted responses cannot be recovered in Qualtrics.
