To stop Microsoft Office Word from displaying two pages next to each other, you can do one of the following:
- Go to the “View” tab and uncheck the “Two Page” option
- Go to the “Layout” tab and under “Page Setup,” change the “Multiple Pages” dropdown from “Two Pages” to “One Page”

To stop Word from showing pages side by side, go to the View tab and uncheck the Side by Side option.
There are a few reasons why Word might show two pages side by side. One reason could be that you have the “Two Pages” view selected under the “View” tab. Another reason could be that your document is set to print on both sides of the paper (duplex printing).
To get rid of double page layout in Word, go to the Page Layout tab and click on Margins. Under Margins, select Normal.
To get your Word document back to normal view, click the “View” tab at the top of the screen. Then, click “Normal” in the “Document Views” section.
To only show one page on Word, click the “View” tab and then select “One Page.
To make Word default to one page, go to File > Page Setup. In the Page Setup window, change the value in the “Pages” field to 1.
There is no way to change the view options to display multiple pages. The best you can do is to zoom out so that you can see more of the document at once.

There are a few possible reasons why Word is not separating pages. It could be because the page break setting is turned off, or there may not be enough text on the page to create a new page. Clicking this will reset your Word settings to their defaults. Another way to reset your settings is to simply delete the Normal.dotm file.
If you want to delete a page, click on the page number in the top left corner of the page. This will bring up a menu of options for that page, including “Delete.
