If you have not already done so, please go to the Facebook help center and create a new account. You can find this by searching for “Facebook Help Center.” From there, click on the “Account” tab and then the “I forgot my password” link. Follow the prompts to recover your password.
Facebook has a policy of disabling accounts that haven’t been active for more than a year. To reactivate your account, log in to Facebook and click on “Forgot password?” You’ll be prompted to enter your email address and then sent an email with a link that will allow you to reset your password.
Some disabled accounts are deleted after a certain period of time, while others are not. It can depend on the reason for disabling the account, and when it was done.
If you disabled your Facebook account because you lost access to your email address or phone number, then your account will be deleted after 90 days. If you disabled your account because you’re not using Facebook anymore, then your account will be deleted after 6 months.
