If you have not already done so, please go to the Facebook help center and create a new account. You can find this by searching for “Facebook Help Center.” From there, click on the “Account” tab and then the “I forgot my password” link. Follow the prompts to recover your password.
Facebook has a policy of disabling accounts that haven’t been active for more than a year. To reactivate your account, log in to Facebook and click on “Forgot password?” You’ll be prompted to enter your email address and then sent an email with a link that will allow you to reset your password.
