Is UPS My Choice membership free?

UPS My Choice offers two levels of service, a free version with standard features and upgrades available for a fee or unlimited delivery time.

Select the Administration tab. Select the Cancel Enrollment link located in the upper right-hand side of the Company Users screen. The Cancel Enrollment pop-up window will display informing you of your latest benefits status and options for cancellation.

UK consumers can now sign up for the free service at ups.com/mychoice, which offers benefits including advance delivery notifications, rerouting packages to another address or rescheduling a future date before UPS makes an initial delivery.
