Why you need to cancel NOW TV, and how to do it

You can cancel your NOW TV account at any time by logging into the My Account section of our website. This should take less than five minutes to do, and if you currently have a broadband or phone contract with us for services such as TalkTalk Plus TV and Home Phone we’ll be happy to help you switch.

If you choose our direct debit scheme we’ll cancel your phone line for security reasons after six months of non-payment. But, if there is any monthly fee due for the services that come with your line still remaining on your account, it will automatically be taken from your bank or credit card account each month until paid in full as normal. It’s worth remembering though that if you leave us without paying the final bill we will ask for this money back when you return (at the prevailing rates).
