Why did Google delete my account?

Google announced policy updates that will be entering effect in the year 2021, with resulting consequences across all of Google’s online services.

Deleting your account means you will lose all information and content currently in that account, such as emails, files, calendars, and photos. Deleting a Gmail account is permanent. After going through the process, all of your emails and account settings will be erased.  However, deleting a Gmail account does not delete the entire Google Account the email address is associated with.
