You may see your blocked/unmatched users on the app by going to your profile, then Account Settings, and tapping on Blocked & Unmatched. Tap on Privacy next, then Blocked & Unmatched.

OkCupid deletes inactive profiles that have not logged in to the OkCupid app for more than two years. Even if your profile has been deleted from their servers, it may still be there if you haven’t logged in to your account within the last two years.
