Why is there no option to view or pay my bill using Apple TV on iTunes?
Unfortunately, you can’t do that because iTunes has nothing to do with the payments made and transactions take place between Apple and Netflix only so it would be impossible to have such a feature since there’s no way of knowing who’s the one that made which payment or even if the payment was done by someone else other than you.
Can I view my bill on my Apple TV?
Unfortunately, Apple doesn’t provide any way to view bills through their iTunes software and even if they did it wouldn’t have anything to do with Netflix as transactions between Apple and Netflix are handled only over a secure web connection and cannot be accessed in any way through iTunes (such as downloading PDF files of your statements) so this is another reason why there’s no such feature listed on the app.
