How to Recover Deleted Photos & Videos on Facebook
Facebook maintains “backup copies for a reasonable amount of time” after deletion, according to the company. It also says it could keep copies of “some data” from terminated accounts, but that personal identifiers would be removed.
Open the Google Photos app on your Android phone or tablet. Tap Library Trash at the bottom. Select a photo or video to restore by tapping and holding it. Restart will bring your picture or video back: to where it was in the previous version of Google Photos, either on your phone’s gallery app, Google Photos library, or any albums it may have been in before deleting it from there):
Select “Account Settings” from the drop-down menu at the top of your screen and log into Facebook. Select “Account,” then “Account Settings,” and finally, choose either to see a message indicating that your account has been temporarily locked or to view additional account settings on Facebook’s website.
After you’ve finished removing a post, it will be in the trash for 30 days before being permanently erased from the social network. This will provide you with enough time to reconsider a post before it is permanently removed.
When you remove a tag, the post is no longer visible on your timeline. The audience, on the other hand, may find that post in different locations on Facebook, such as News Feed and search.
